Adam Parker
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Adam leads Carter’s mixed-use development projects and public-private partnerships across the country. Adam joined Carter in 2016 and works on all phases of projects, from sourcing new opportunities and municipality coordination to project financing and neighborhood relations.
Prior to joining Carter, Adam was a consultant at Deloitte where he worked with clients on assembling and executing large-scale public-private partnerships. He is actively involved in the Atlanta community, leading the firm’s governmental affairs and public policy areas as well as serving on boards for the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation and City of Atlanta Tax Allocation Districts. He is an active alumnus of Wake Forest University and Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
